NEW EVENT

This event will look at what person centred thinking is and different ways that we can incorporate person centred work into our jobs. It will also look at developing person centred ways of working in your own organisation in order to make change happen or people with a learning disability.

This day will:

- Look at how people make choices to 'tell' you what they want
- Accessible information - what does it look like? How do you use it?
- Holding meetings that include and involve everyone
- Offering choice and opportunities and the consequences of those choices
- Risk taking and how this impacts on our work practices
- Challenging culture to make positive changes
- What is community connecting? What role has it in our work?
