Methods of Payment

You have a choice of ways to pay for BILD services. The easiest is to pay with your credit or debit card online from this site. To ensure the security of your information your payment is processed for us by SecureTrading.

We can accept credit/debit card details by telephone on 01562 723010, or cheque payments addressed to BILD, Campion House, Green Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1JL, UK.

We can invoice you for services totalling £30 or more. You can still order online - select the invoice option from checkout.

Photocopies

BILD can supply photocopies of articles marked in Current Awareness Service or CASonline as being available from the BILD library. They can only be supplied subject to the Copyright Declaration Regulations (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988).

All requests for photocopies must be accompanied by a copyright declaration by the person originating the request. This declaration is included in our terms and conditions at the checkout. Accepting our terms and conditions means that you are stating that the photocopies are required by yourself personally for the purpose of research or private study, you have not been previously been supplied with this material by any other librarian and, as far as you are aware, no person with whom you work or study has requested the same material. You understand that if this declaration is false you shall be liable for infringement of copyright as if you had made the copy yourself.

Only one article from any one issue of a journal will be supplied at a time. (If more than one article is requested from a single issue, these will not be supplied.) We can supply a maximum of eight different articles per order.

You need to make a note of the article reference numbers of the articles you require - these can be obtained from Current awareness Service or CASonline.

Photocopies will be posted to the address you provide at the checkout.

Photocopies cost £2.75 each post free £2.75
